Cleofe

Synopsis

Long fingers of a fairy caress the stone back of the world.
The echo of a grain of sand is lost together with the steps of a giant who’s lifting up white mountains.
Fire eater, stilt walkers, woodsman, dancers dressed in wood and powder sustains the collective lie, in the complete darkness of the “belly of the whale”.
This is Cleofe, a show freely inspired by Pinocchio of Collodi.

Artistic research

Cleofe is a theatrical performing project, delusional, synthetic, freely inspired by Pinocchio of Collodi in which the fictional research through the body goes along with a mix of dreaming music.
A declaration of love embodied by actors that guide us through the excruciating existential dimension of ‘being’.
A research work of large-scale which includes the human condition in its dimension of everyday life.
